  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for alternative treatments.

  • Gift cards are non-transferable and must be used by the designated beneficiary before the expiration date.

  • Gift cards must be redeemed in a single transaction, with no remaining balance carried forward.

  • Lost or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced.

  • To ensure availability, appointments should be scheduled in advance.

  • ⁠Beneficiaries must present the gift card before receiving treatment.

  • Aura reserves the right to request identification to verify the beneficiary.

  • Cancellations within three hours of an appointment will result in full redemption of the gift card.
