The following terms apply to all Aura Wellness membership tiers (Restore, Elevate, Evolve).

1. General

• Aura Wellness reserves the right to amend membership terms with reasonable prior notice.

• For enquiries regarding membership terms, please contact Aura Wellness directly.

 

2. Non-Transferability

• Memberships are strictly non-transferable and non-shareable. They are registered to one individual member only.
   

3. Fixed Package — No Substitutions

• All membership tiers are fixed bundles. Treatment substitutions (e.g., swapping cold therapy for hot therapy) are not permitted.

• Members who require flexibility should consider à la carte credits or journey packages instead.
   

4. No swapping of treatments

• Each membership tier comprises a fixed set of treatments as defined at the point of purchase. The treatments included in a membership package are final and cannot be exchanged, swapped, or substituted for any other treatment or service offered by Aura Wellness.

• Members who prefer a different combination of services are welcome to explore à la carte bookings or journey packages, which offer greater flexibility outside of the membership structure.
   

5. Unused Sessions

• Unused sessions do not carry over between months automatically.

• For Reset and Elevate tiering: Prior to contract expiry, members may convert unused sessions to gift vouchers at RM100 per session by the end of each month. Conversion must be requested by the member before the month end.

• Sessions eligible for carry-forward until expiry for Evolve Only: Cryotherapy, Lymphatic Massage, and Wonder Axon.
   

6. Guest Pass

• All membership tiers include 1 complimentary guest pass (Couple float session) per month for Float Pool sessions only.

• Guest passes are not transferable to other treatments.

• Member need to come along with a guest for float pool.

• Guests may purchase other services on an à la carte basis during their visit.
   

7. Payment & Renewals

• All memberships are billed monthly. Minimum commitment is 3 months.

• Members committing to 12 months receive 3 additional months free (15 months total).

• Extensions and renewals must be in 3-month increments. 1-month or 2-month extensions are not permitted.
   

8. Termination

• All Aura Wellness memberships are non-refundable and non-cancellable once activated. Members may not terminate their membership prior to the end of the agreed contract period.

• Aura Wellness reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in the event of misuse, abuse of services, or breach of these terms, without refund of any fees paid.
